NS Auctions are designed to sell jewelry that has been submitted to us from Insurance and Salvage companies, all of which, claims have been settled. These claims were filed through homeowners', property, or jewelers’ block policies. All recoveries are from Fire, Theft, Salvage, and Fraud Recovery.

Below are the ( Rules of the Auction:)

1.  Auctions are held online monthly.
2.  Our live online auction begins on the 1st of each month.
3.  The auction will end on the following 30th of the month..
4.  There will be a starting bid price, and a target sale price.
5.  Bids that do not hit the target sale price will not have the right of purchase.
6.  The highest bid that reaches, or exceeds, that target price will win that said article.
7.  Upon winning that bid, payment should be directed to Neglia Services which must be received within 48 hrs. from last day of when auction was finished. Upon receipt of payment, Neglia Services will ship that article for review before it is considered a final sale.
8.  There will be 48 hours grace period for you to view the item, from the time you receive the item for final purchase. There is an additional 48hr deadline on shipping it back to us from that said 48th hour grace period day, or it will become a final sale.
9.  For all bids won, payment will be held in escrow until grace period ends, there will be no exceptions.
